Victoria Beckham dietDuring her fourth pregnancy, Victoria Beckham gained 10 kg, which she is determined to get rid of in record time – she only has a couple of weeks until the New York Fashion Week.

Victoria Beckham will make a big comeback in showbiz at New York Fashion Week on September 8, and she wants to look flawless. To get rid of 10 kilograms, Mrs. Beckham is following a special “Five Handfuls” diet, which means eating only one “handful” of food five times a day.

Victoria has eliminated all sugar from her diet and eats only tiny portions of salmon, prawns with chilli, sushi with tuna or scrambled eggs without oil.

“Five days after the birth of Harper, Victoria started a diet which includes five high-protein snacks a day garnished with vegetables and two liters of water per day. The only deviations are raw nuts and goji fruit”, said a close friend to the star.

Besides the strict diet, Victoria is doing gentle post-natal exercises - doctors forbid her heavy exercise so soon after the C-section. Besides the special exercises, Victoria is doing 10 minutes of Pilates a day.
